Atomic absorption spectrophotometer monitors every bath. Concentrations, contaminants, ratios — measured continuously, logged per lot, audited under NADCAP.
Salt-Spray & Corrosion Testing
2-hour and 24-hour salt-spray cycles. Water immersion. Copper sulfate. Mil-spec validation that the coating will survive the field, before the part ships to the customer.
NDT Lab — Penetrant + Magnetic Particle
Liquid penetrant per ASTM 1417 Methods A & D. Magnetic particle per ASTM 1444. Nital etch. Titanium phosphate pre-pen etch. AMS 2446. The flaws that finishing can't hide, we find.
Microscopic Examination
Photo-documented cross-sections of coating structure. DeFelsko coating-thickness gauges as a second-source check on XRF. The detail that makes a cert defensible at audit.
